Controversy Code of Conduct Violation

In November 2019, Dipendra Singh Airee grew to become the vice-captain of Nepal’s cricket crew. Then, in 2021, he, together with three different gamers named Gyanendra Malla, Kamal Singh Airee, and Sompal Kami mentioned that they weren’t pleased with their contracts and the way they have been graded. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) requested them to offer clarification, and so they did clarify; nevertheless, CAN was not pleased with their explanations.

So, on December 15, 2021, they eliminated Dipendra from his position as vice-captain and likewise mentioned that these gamers wouldn’t get a contract for the primary six months of 2022. CAN mentioned that these gamers have violated the code of conduct and mentioned,

“The gamers have signed the code of conduct with CAN however they didn’t comply with it. As per article 3.3.1 of the code, the gamers shouldn’t make any assertion to the media in methods to carry the sport, ACC, ICC, board or workplace bearers into disrepute.”
