My father is a vegetarian and my grandparents too. I’m an eggetarian. I eat a number of eggs to get my protein, round 12 eggs a day. Also, I eat loads of carbs and protein shakes. So my eating regimen is principally extra of carbs. In the morning I’ll have an egg sandwich and a juice. I’ve a number of rice for lunch with palak (spinach) and dal (lentil). And clearly eggs as nicely. Then within the night, I’ve a paratha with eggs or one other egg sandwich.”
